If you are a non-cash buyer you will need to arrange a mortgage. There are several UK and Spanish banks that offer mortgages and you will need to do some research to find out which bank suits your needs.We have developed relationships with two mortgage providers in Spain, one UK based and one based in Spain. Typically they will provide loan to values of anything between 40-80%, but can develop packages to suit your individual needs.
